Martin Oxley

Chairman

Martin Oxley has spent his career in a fast moving emerging markets with a focus on business strategy & development. He has held top management positions in a number of Blue Chip & CEE based pharmaceutical companies. He has also been a CEO of the British Polish Chamber of Commerce (BPCC), which under his leadership was recognized as the Best British Chamber of Commerce in Europe for four consecutive years. He was Director General of UK Trade & Investment at the British Embassy in Warsaw, where he led on the delivery of the British government’s world renowned GREAT campaign in Central Europe, one of the best ever country promotion campaigns. Martin has worked with most of the leading UK based international corporations as they have developed in the CEE region. In addition to his role as Chairman of Exorigo-Upos Group, Martin is an International Director for IORMA and holds a number of Advisory Board positions with innovative startups. He is passionate about digital innovation.

 

AGNIESZKA GAJEWSKA

Member of the Board

Agnieszka has worked with Exorigo-Upos Group from July 2016 and is responsible for creating and implementing the group’s financial strategy, and management and oversight of its current operations. Agnieszka is a statutory auditor, President of the Regional Branch of the National Chamber of Certified Auditors in Warsaw and Member of the Board of the Association of Accountants in Poland, Warsaw Branch.
A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, ACCA IFRS / IAS, Agnieszka is a certified teacher with the Association of Accountants in Poland, and an expert lecturer in the field of accounting and finance.

ANDRZEJ KRZYSZTOF DUDZIUK

Chairman of Supervisory Board

Andrzej Krzysztof Dudziuk holds a Master’s degree in Law and Administration from the University of Gdansk. Since 1999, he has been registered on the list of solicitors of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. He also holds a postgraduate degree in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Warsaw (2013).

Before joining Exorigo-Upos Inc. Group he worked as a lawyer, specialising in economic, civil, and written law including intellectual property and labour law. Additionally, he has held a number of supervisory board positions in publicly listed companies as well as serving as a Judge of the District Disciplinary Court in OIRP in Warsaw between 2010-2013.

EWA PODGÓRSKA

Member of the Supervisory Board

Ewa Podgorska, legal advisor, graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Since 1998 she was associated with the Eastbridge Group. Now a Member of the Board of Eastbridge Sarl, its clients Domy Towarowe Centrum SA and Centrum Rozwoju i Inwestycji sp. z o.o. Previously, she worked as a lawyer at the law office of Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak and was an assistant in the state law office of the University of Warsaw.

ERHARD GASDA

Member of the Supervisory Board

Erhard Gasda is a graduate of Master’s studies from the University of Bonn and Cologne Faculty of Geology, and the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School. He is the Director of the IESE PMD Warsaw Program at IESE Business School. From 2007 to 2015 he held the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Alliance Media Polska S.A. and between 1995-2007 he was the President of the Board of the International Cooperation Foundation in Warsaw. Previously he was a shareholder and Marketing Director at Wołowski & Partners Studio, he also worked as an investment advisor.

PIOTR KARMELITA

Member of the Supervisory Board

Piotr Karmelita is a graduate of the University of Economics in Poznań with specialisation in capital investments and financial strategies for business. He has been associated with a capital market and investments of public and private categories for most of his professional career. Piotr started his career in Brokarage BMT (1995-2002). He was a project manager (1997), director (1998), and Board member (since 1999) before becoming Chairman. He was responsible for company valuation, stock emissions, and M&A.

Between 2002-2010 he worked for BB Investment where he was the Board Member responsible for supervising their start up investments. From 2006 to the end of 2010 he was on the Board of BBI Capital NFI where he was in charge of the management of private equity funds. He is highly experienced in the area of company valuation, investment project evaluation, and the management of stocks and shares.

MARCIN SADLEJ

Member of the Supervisory Board

Marcin Sadlej is a graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Warsaw. He holds a CFA / Chartered Financial Analyst degree. He has completed a range of advanced courses and specialised training in accounting and the capital markets.

He has been a partner and the Managing Partner of CC Group since 2007. He is an expert in Corporate Finance, responsible for business development in the field of financial advisory, public offerings, mergers, acquisitions, and sales of businesses. Marcin has more than 20 years of professional experience in the capital market in Poland. He has managed many successful capital transactions, including 40 Public Offerings and a number of transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and sales of companies.

Between 2004-2007 he was Director of Financial Advisory Services at CAIB / UniCredit Group, where he directly managed Public Offerings and was a capital market and M&A advisor. During this period CAIB was the leader in the IPO market in Poland and was in the top three brokerage houses in terms of number of transactions. Between 1998-2002 Marcin worked at CDM Pekao SA as Head of Investment Advisory and Research and member of the board. During this period, in polls conducted by Gazeta Parkiet and Rzeczpospolita, CDM Pekao SA was voted the best Brokerage House in Poland. Earlier in his career, he gained experience in Poland and abroad as a financial analyst at brokerage SG Securities Poland SA, TFI Korona SA / Current Union Investment TFI S.A./ and brokerage DML sp. z o.o.
