Our recruitment process

Stage One - Application

Each recruitment process starts with the creation of a candidate profile for a particular post. We usually publish job opportunities on relevant IT recruitment portals. We also work with universities, career offices, and student organisations. We keep your data on file and contact you when we think an appropriate opportunity comes up.

Stage Two - CV Analysis

We match the CVs we receive against a particular job specification. If your experience and skills meet our expectations we will call you and invite you to come in for an interview.

Stage Three - Interview

This stage usually consists of two parts that take place during the same meeting. The first part is a conversation with a Recruitment Specialist. During this part, we want to gather more information about you. We would like to find out more about your recent experience, motivation, and expectations. If you are applying for a specialist post the second part of the job interview will be devoted to verifying your specific job-related skills. At this point you will be interviewed by a potential supervisor or a competence leader in a particular team. You can expect some questions checking your command of English if the scope of potential responsibilities requires such skill. At this stage, you will be provided with basic information about a particular post and about our company. Remember that this meeting is also an occasion to ask questions – it is very important to us that you understand as much about the company as possible.

Additional recruitment elements at this stage

Personal questionnaire

This questionnaire is aimed at learning more about your personality, preferences, talents, and competencies. It will enable us to map out your potential in the company. There are no incorrect answers in the questionnaire.

Knowledge test

Recruitment tasks, competency tests where we get to know the way you think and verify your knowledge level.

Working practice

You may be asked to fulfil a task that is regularly done in the role that you are applying for.

Stage Four - Decision and Formalities

All our candidates receive feedback after the meeting. If your interview is successful we will progress to signing an employment contract with you. The recruitment process takes up to 6 weeks.

If you are looking for employment in a hardworking yet informal environment, where you will have real influence on the development of the projects you work on, we are the right company for you and you are the employee we are looking for!
