MARTIN OXLEY

President

Martin Oxley graduated from the University of Edinburgh with Master degree with honours. He has held senior management positions in international pharmaceutical companies operating in the CEE region and has lead a number of leading regional companies. Martin led the British Polish Chamber of Commerce to become the leading British international networking organisation in Europe and most recently has been Director General of UK Trade and Investment, the UK government organisation which is responsible for promoting and enabling trade and investment between the UK and CEE. Martin has held Board positions in companies across the region and recently received a Queen's Honour for outstanding services to British trade and Investment in Central and Eastern Europe.

ANDRZEJ KRZYSZTOF DUDZIUK

Chairman, Supervisory Board

He holds a Masters degree in Law and Administration from the University of Gdansk. He has been registered in the list of solicitors of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw (1999-now). He also has a postgraduate degree in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Warsaw (2013).

Before joining Exorigo-Upos he worked as a lawyer, specialising in economic, civil and written law including intellectual property and labour law. Additionally, he has held a number of supervisory board positions in publically listed companies as well as serving as a Judge of District Disciplinary Court in OIRP in Warsaw between 2010-2013.

 

ANDRZEJ ZIEMIŃSKI

Member of the Supervisory Board

Andrzej Ziemiński is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics in Finance and Banking. He has over 15 years of experience in management, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions. In his professional career he has been a member of the Management and Supervisory Boards of a number of telecoms and technology companies. He is a Member of the Board of Impera Capital SA, since 2014 a Member of the Board Impera Alfa Sp. o.o., an entity jointly set up with the National Research and Development agency to support early stage, innovation based companies. Since 2011 he is a Member of the Board Impera Seed Fund Sp. z o. o., the entity managing the investment fund set up by Impera Capital SA and KFK - National Capital between 2011 and 2013.

Andrzej is a Partner and Member of the Board of Supernova Fund. Between 2007 - 2009 he was Chairman of the Board PPWK SA, which has transformed from a traditional map publisher to a digital publisher. From 2004 to 2009, President of the Board EL2 Sp. o.o. vendor applications with industry Added Services Telecom GSM. Currently he sits on the Supervisory Boards of OPTeam SA, Telemedicine Poland SA, Internity SA, Invento Sp. o.o.

MARCIN SADLEJ

Member of the Supervisory Board

Marcin Sadlej is a partner and since 2007 the Managing Partner of CC Group. He is an expert in Corporate Finance. Responsible for business development in the field of financial advisory, public offerings, mergers, acquisitions and sales of businesses. Marcin has over 20 years professional experience in the capital market in Poland. He has managed many successful capital transactions, including 40 Public Offerings and a number of transactions, mergers, acquisitions and sales of companies.

In 2004-2007 he was Director of Financial Advisory Services at CAIB / group UniCredit, where he directly managed Public Offerings and was a capital market and M&A advisor. During this period CAIB was the leader in the IPO market in Poland and was in the top three brokerage houses in terms of number of transactions. In 1998-2002 Marcin worked at CDM Pekao SA as Head of Investment Advisory and Research and member of the board. During this period in polls conducted by Gazeta Parkiet and Rzeczpospolita, CDM Pekao SA was voted the best Brokerage House in Poland. Earlier in his career, Marcin gained experience in Poland and abroad as a financial analyst at brokerage SG Securities Poland SA, TFI Korona SA / Current Union Investment TFI S.A./ and brokerage DML sp. z o.o.

He has represented investors on the Supervisory Boards of a number of companies, 2000-2007 Suwary SA; 2001-2005 SM-Media SA. Since 2000, he has been a Board Director of Colian SA. Marcin Sadlej is a graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Warsaw. He holds a CFA / Chartered Financial Analyst degree. He has completed a range of advanced courses and specialized training in accounting and the capital markets.

PIOTR KARMELITA

Member of the Supervisory Board

He is a graduate of University of Economics in Poznań with specialisation in capital investments and financial strategies for business.

He has been associated with a capital market and investments of public and private categories for most of his professional career.

Piotr started his career in Brokarage BMT (1995-2002). He was a project manager (1997), director (1998) and Board member (since 1999) before becoming President. He was responsible for company valuation, stock emissions and M&A.

From 2002-2010 he worked for BB Investment where he was the Board Member responsible for supervising their start up investments From 2006 to the end of 2010 he was on the Board of BBI Capital NFI where he was in charge of the management of private equity funds. He is highly experienced in the area of company valuation, investment project evaluation and the management of stock and shares.
