New Member of the Board Exorigo-Upos Sp. z o.o.

Please be advised that at the General Assembly a new Management Board Member has been appointed - Agnieszka Gajewska, the company’s Finance Director. Agnieszka has worked with Exorigo-Upos Group from July 2016 and is responsible for creating and implementing the group’s financial strategy, and management and oversight of its current operations. Agnieszka is a statutory auditor, President of the Regional Branch of the National Chamber of Certified Auditors in Warsaw and Member of the Board of the Association of Accountants in Poland, Warsaw Branch.

A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, ACCA IFRS / IAS, Agnieszka is a certified teacher with the Association of Accountants in Poland, and an expert lecturer in the field of accounting and finance.

Exorigo-Upos took part in the fourth edition of the Company’s Run 2016

Exorigo-Upos took part in the fourth edition of the Company’s Run 2016 - On Saturday, June 11 in Powsin Park near Warsaw, our team comprising Kasia, Marcin, Krzysztof Piotr and Marci took part in the Company’s Run 2016. The Corporate Run is a fantastic event, which combines not only physical activity, integration and cooperation within the company but also through charitable activities promotes helping sick children and the disabled.

The day was enjoyable and successful. We finished 71st out of 248 teams in the classification of mixed teams. Participants had to complete a 4.4 km 5 person relay. New CEO Exorigo-Upos

On 1st March Mariusz Nowak was appointed CEO of Exorigo-Upos Sp. z o.o.

Mariusz is responsible for leading the company’s growth, product strategy, business development and increasing the value of the group. Mariusz is a graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Warsaw University of Technology. Previously, he worked with Infovide, which became Infovide-Matrix, where he worked in the
following roles: Director GK Smart Enterprise Solutions, Director of Group Business Transformation Services, before becoming the Partner responsible for banking and insurance. He was a board member at Infovide-Matrix SA from 2013. Mariusz Nowak has also been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CT Partners SA. and a Board Member in DahliaMatic.

ISO 27001 – management information security certification

DISTREE Africa 2015

We took part in DISTREE Africa which took place in the first half of June in Nairobi in Kenya.  DISTREE Africa is the biggest trade event in the whole African continent. A lot of companies and entities operating in African market and leading distributors and organisations from the ICY and consumer electronics sectors participated in the fair. All together there were 115 companies from over 22 countries.

Exorigo-Upos participation in Szlachetna Paczka 2014 initiative

We would like to inform you that Exorigo–Upos company took part in Szlachetna Paczka initiative this year. It terminated with a huge happiness of the family that we had been collecting money for: Mrs Anna, 10-year-old Ola, 16-year-old Damian. The funds were spent totally on the most necessary items e.g. 2 recliners devoted for sleeping, quilts, towels, clothes, food and cleaning supplies. Below the final effect of the initiative and the Certificate for Exorigo–Upos for its participation in Szlachetna Paczka initiative in  2014 is presented.

Companies Fusion in Exorigo-Upos Inc. company

On 8th October 2013  Exorigo-Upos Ltd. Co. and Exorigo-Upos Services Ltd. Co. (former Relpol2 Ltd. Co.) singed the fusion plan.

The Fusion constitutes the continuation of the capital group reorganisation. It will not influence the operational activity of the partnership. One company that accumulates all  IT Exorigo-Upos initiatives will be the consequence of the fusion.

Exorigo-Upos introduces invoicer in Castorama network

The first devices used to issue VAT invoices independently (invoicers) were implemented in Castorama in Lublin on 26th September in 2012 by Exorigo-Upos Group. Currently we are installing invoicers in several dozen of other facilities that belong to Castorama network. The invoicers have been used in Castorama in order to accelerate a client administrative service. An intuitive software and simple application enable in a safe and fast way to issue invoices for any receipt’s positions.

Exorigo-Upos is the invoicers supplier and the applications producer that allows independent issuing of invoices according to the receipts. The application used on the device is integrated with the cash system in such a way that an invoicer constitutes an inseparable element of the whole cash system.

Exorigo-Upos Inc. Group debut in NewConnect market

On 28th May in 2013 Exorigo-Upos Inc. Group had its debut in NewConnect market.

The company is planning private sales of 136.000 founder’s shares of B category. The value of introduced shares amounts to 7.483.395 zloty.

Innovation in the offer of Exorigo-Upos Group

A new solution has appeared in the offer of Exorigo-Upos Group – Electronic Documents Management.

It is an integrated solution out of electronic documents circulation sphere in the organisation. EDM application consists of 6 integrated modules: eInvoice – the module used to process invoices in the organisation, ePurchase – the module used to create and manage the orders, eContract – the module that constitutes the base of knowledge about all the organisation’s  agreements and contracts, eExpense – the portal used to calculate independently all the cash costs, eHoliday – the module used to manage employees’ leaves applications and  eCapex – the module designed for investment applications. EDM has a developed report functionality which constitutes an additional control and plan tool for the management staff.

At Poland & CEE Retail Summit Congress

On 20-21st March in 2013 in Warsaw Robert Szewczyk – marketing director of Exorigo-Upos Group was the leader of Poland & CEE Retail Summit Congress.

It is the most prestigious meeting of the trade sector in Poland and Central-Eastern Europe region in which a record number of over 500 participants took part.

Among the prelectors and participants of the Congress there were the Professors Witold Orłowski i Dariusz Rosati, the presidents and the members of the board of such companies as:   Eurocash, Jeronimo Martins Polska, Makro Cash & Carry, Carrefour, Procter & Gamble, Unilever and the organisations: POHiD and PIH.

Grupa Exorigo-Upos as the partner of Xerox Poland

Exorigo-Upos Group has become a trade and service partner of Xerox Poland. It has received the status of Xerox Business Partner. In the scope of this cooperation Exorigo-Upos Group will be an authorised partner in the field of sales of a wide range of devices and solutions of Xerox company. Exorigo-Upos Group will be able to realise sales service of Xerox thanks the fact that it will have a specialists team trained adequately for such a purpose.

The initiation of service cooperation with Xerox Poland means the enrichment of the service offer with the subsequent infrastructure areas for the clients of Exorigo-Upos Group.

In the offer of Xerox there are  e.g. universal multi-function devices that have copying, printing. scanning and faxing functions as well as printers, copiers and relevant software.

EFT EuroCARD in Bricoman stores

Exorigo-Upos Group finished the process of  EFT EuroCARD system implementation in renovation-home improvement Bricoman stores network. It is an authorship solution of Exorigo-Upos Group designed for the authorisation and calculation of payments by payment cards. The implementation lasted 1,5 month. New ICT 220 terminals  were installed with the installation of a central server.

Additionally – EuroPOS serving in Bricoman stores network is the sales system of  Exorigo-Upos Group authorship. It has been equipped with the functionality  of display after the scan of already purchased product. This functionality enables a faster and correct identification of the commodity that is sold.

Bricoman Poland is the network of renovation-and-home improvement stores that offer the assortment for building, renovating and finishing operations of houses and flats. The offer is targeted at individual clients as well as professionals. The first Bricoman store in Poland was opened in May in 2007 in Warsaw. Currently the network consists of 5 facilities: two in Warsaw and one located in Poznań, Biała Podlaska and Lodz. Bricoman Poland belongs to international  Groupe Adeo that includes the network of Leroy Merlin decoration-and-home improvement hypermarkets.

BillBird Inc. Certificate for Exorigo-Upos

On 7th January in 2013 Exorigo-Upos Ltd. Co. received the certificate confirming correct cooperation between  BillBird systems and the cash solutions of Exorigo-Upos in the sphere of bills and phone top-ups management.

The service My Bills is delivered by BillBird company. It is an alternative way for post and bank used to pay home bills and invoices.

The service My Top-ups offered by BillBird enables to top up mobile phone accounts.

Exorigo-Upos Group is the participant of Reliable Company programme which is supervised by National Debts Register that recommends the cooperation solely with Reliable Companies.

The enterprise taking part in Reliable Company programme must meet the following requirements:

Intensive December

December is the period of intensive work for EM&F Group and Exorigo-Upos Group which delivers e.g. euroPOS sales software to Smyk stores network. The most recent salon of SMYK MEGASTORE was opened on 14th  December in 2012 in Gdańsk.

Smyk network in Poland consists of 90 facilities, including 9 stores in the form of SMYK MEGASTORE.

Summary of the year with 5.10.15. network

Year 2012 was the period of a dynamic development of 5.10.15. stores network, where Exorigo-Upos Group delivers e.g. sales software and fiscal printers. In 2012 50 stores were opened (49 franchise-oriented ones and 1 own one). 8 out of them were opened in December. Currently the network includes 203 stores.

Because of Buyer Day celebrated on 8th December we wish all the employees of trade business, the owners and boards of trade networks and the stores successes, work satisfaction and the highest turnover during the whole year.

Exorigo-Upos Group:

Buyer Day celebrated on 8th December was established in 1937. This day has not always been celebrated. During the war time it was celebrated only twice. In 1949 PRL authorities eliminated this celebration from the calendar. Only in 1989 Buyer Day started being celebrated regularly with the course of the system’s modifications.

Exorigo-Upos Group has received a positive evaluation during an external audit supervised by Cisco Systems company seven times so far. The certificate confirms the preservation of high standards in such areas as:

Second Centro shoe store in Riga

The second Centro shoe store in Latvia has been opened in Riga. Centro store works using EuroPOS i Euro Global Stock applications of Exorigo-Upos Group. The first Centro  store in Latvia was opened on 10th August in 2012. The first Centro store in Lithuania was opened on 30th October in Vilnius.

Centrofashion Group that operates in central- and eastern-European markets (Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania) is the owner of Centro brands (teenagers fashion) and CentrObuv (family fashion). Out of over 800 stores it is the leader of shoe business in Russia. It strengthens its position in Polish market very quickly. It plans to manage the network of 100 stores to the end of 2013.

In 2011 Centrofashion Group entered Polish market using the sales system of Exorigo-Upos, Group authorship. It consisted of: EuroPOS sales application, Euro Global Stock warehouse-management application and FP-T88FVA fiscal printers. .

Exorigo-Upos Group is also responsible for opening and service of Centro stores in Poland and central server support. Currently in Poland there are 60 Centro stores.

New Cisco Certificate for Exorigo-Upos Group

Exorigo-Upos Group received the title of Cisco Advanced Unified Computing Technology Specialisation. The title confirms the fact that the team of specialised engineers has competence in the sphere of advanced Cisco server systems, among them these ones of a rack construction as well as those ones of a blade construction.

Exorigo-Upos Group in Lithuania

On 30th October in Vilnius the first Centro shoe store in Lithuania was opened. Centro store makes operations using EuroPOS and Euro Global Stock applications of Exorigo-Upos Group. Thanks to the opening of Centro store in Vilnius Exorigo-Upos Group entered the subsequent new market getting valuable experience e.g. in the sphere of new fiscal solutions and initiating service cooperation with the local partner New Vision Baltija. The opening of the second Centro store in Lithuania is planned to take place in the middle of November in 2012.

Fusion of Exorigo Ltd. Co. with Upos System Ltd. Co.

On 1st October the fusion process between Exorigo Ltd. Co. with its headquarters in Warsaw as a company taking over with Upos System Ltd. Co. with its headqarters in Knurów as a company being taken over finished. Simultaneously the modification of the name Exorigo Ltd. Co. was registered. The name changed into Exorigo-Upos Ltd. Co. with its headquarters in Warsaw.

The Board of Exorigo-Upos Ltd. Co. consists of: Paweł Dudziuk – President of the Board, Tomasz Fadrowski – Vice President of the Board, Magdalena McLean – Member of the Board, Mirosław Bartoszek – Member of the Board, Marcin Fadrowski – Member of the Board.

Exorigo-Upos Ltd. Co. previously functioning under the name of Exorigo Ltd. Co. entered the sphere of all the rights and responsibilities of Upos System Ltd. Co. as a company being taken over on 1st October in 2012.

The owner of Exorigo-Upos Ltd. Co. is Exorigo-Upos Group Inc. in July in 2012.

As Paweł Dudziuk - the President of the Board of Exorigo-Upos Ltd. Co.- said:

'The aim of two companies fusion is to build the biggest organisation that will have the widest, coherent products and service offer for a retail trade sector in Polish market. Thanks to the fusion process the organisation will get the possibility to offer its products and services for all the clients of both merging companies.

Archibus at Facility Management Conference

On 30th August in 2012 in Banking-Financial Centre "Nowy Świat" Inc. in Warsaw "Facility Management" Conference took place. Exorigo-Upos Group was its golden sponsor.

During the conference it was possible to become acquainted with the software of real property management and ARCHIBUS Inc. Company infrastructure. At the meeting it was probable to meet the representatives of Exorigo-Upos Group: Krzysztof Kozdra i Katarzyna Ryniewicz.

Exorigo-Upos Group will support Dozamel in the real property management. The realisation of the agreement signed in May this year is in the process. It is about Archibus system implementation in Dozamel Ltd. Sp. The implementation will last 15 months.

The activity of DOZAMEL Ltd. Co. concentrates mainly around comprehensive industrial services management in the territory of Industrial Park in Wroclaw.

Exorigo-Upos Group as the partner of Oracle Hyperion Day 2012 Conference

Optimal Efficiency Management Conference took place on 25th April 2012. It was the occasion to meet and exchange the experience between financial directors and controllers in the companies who have already been cooperating or considering this cooperation with Oracle Corporate Performance Management solutions. They serve to manage optimal efficiency in the organisation e.g. to support the processes of management reports, financial consolidations, planning and budgeting.

Partnership companies of Oracle, Exorigo-Upos Group among them have presented their offers in the sphere of Hyperion implementations.

Polpharma received „Oracle Hyperion Client of The Year 2012" prize for the implementation of the system used for HFM financial consolidation by MDDP team and Exorigo.

During the conference Oracle experts and the guests invited presented e.g. the results of the researches made by financial and controlling directors.
