STAGE I JOB OFFER
Each recruitment process starts with the creation of a candidate profile for a particular post.
We usually publish job opportunities on relevant IT recruitment portals. We also work with universities, Career Offices and Student Organisations.
We keep your data on file and contact you when we think an appropriate opportunity for you comes up.
STAGE II CV ANALYSIS
We match the CV's we receive against a particular job specification. If your experience and skills meet our expectations we will call you and invite you to come for an interview.
STAGE III JOB INTERVIEW
This stage usually consists of two parts that take place during the same meeting. The first part takes the shape of a conversation with a Recruitment Specialist. During this part we would like to gather more information about you.
We would like to get to know about your recent experience, motivation and experctations.
If you are applying for a specialist post the second part of the job interview will be devoted to verify your specific job related skilss. At this point you will be interviwed by a potential supervisor or a competence leader in a particular team.
You can expect some questions checking your command of English if the scope of potential responsibilities requires such a test.
At this stage you will be provided with basic information about a particular post and our company. Remember that this meeting is also an occasion to ask some questions - it is very important to us that you understand as much about the company as possible.
Additional recuitment elements at this stage:
This is a questionnaire that is aimed at learning more about yuor personality, preferences, natural talents and competencies. It will enable us to map out your potential in the company. There are no correct and incorrect answers in the questionnaire.
Recruitment tasks, competence tests thanks to which we get to know the way you think and verify your knowledge level.
You may be requested to fulfil a task that is regularly done in the role that you are applying for.
STAGE IV DECISION and FORMALITIES
All our candidates receive feedback after the meeting.
If your interview is successful we will progress to signing an employment conract with you. The recruitmnt process takes up to 6 weeks.
